The second round of the Go4IT scheme closed on Friday 22nd May. We will be announcing the successful recipients as soon as possible.
The scheme is primarily aimed at small, local, voluntary organisations that provide free information, support or advice to the public in North Somerset. More specifically, those organisations that do (or could) help assist service users to claim benefits online (e.g. Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support online).
From the scheme, organisations can receive IT hardware as well as training to help the public. Here are some examples of what can be provided:
- Desktops & Accessories
- Laptops & Accessories
- Tablets & Accessories
- Internet access (e.g. Mobile WiFi).
IT provision between the values of £50 and up to a maximum of £2,500 can be provided.
