You may have heard of library closures or free bus services for hospital users being stopped. Public bodies make decisions that affect your clients and we can complain or campaign. However, these decisions can also be challenged by law. This half day session will give an overview of the types of cases that can be challenged; and give advisers the confidence of when to refer to specialist legal services.
